Location

I am currently splitting my time between Reidsville & Greensboro, NC. You will receive the address for studio sessions in both your confirmation and reminder email.

I travel for outdoor sessions only. All appointments outside of Reidsville, NC will require a travel fee that you may choose in add-ons when booking. Please leave exact location in notes.

$40 for 30 min. traveling time

$100 for 45+ min. traveling time

when should i book?

All turnaround times are listed on each session type. During busy seasons, turnaround times are subject to change. If you are booking to post on a specific date, I recommend booking your session 14-20 days prior to needing the photos.

Should you need your photos delivered quicker, please select rush editing when booking. Rush editing fees include:

7-9 Day Rush Fee: $40

3-4 Day Rush Fee: $75

1-2 Day Rush Fee: $100

PAYMENTS

A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking. Remaining balance may be paid in cash, Apple Pay, or can be charged to the card on file. Payments must be made before leaving your session.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

TARDINESS

Please arrive on time for all sessions. You are allowed a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late of your allotted shoot time, you will be charged a late fee of $20. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate lack of punctuality.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.

rescheduling

You are allowed to reschedule at no additional cost ONE TIME within a 48 hour notice. Rescheduling can be done through your confirmation email. There is a mandatory rescheduling/inconvenience fee of $50 to reschedule within 48 hours of your session OR if your session has already been rescheduled once before. The inconvenience fee may be paid with the remaining balance.

ONLY IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY (such as sickness, early pregnancy, family issue) will your deposit be held for 30 days after your original shoot date.

cancellation

Please remember, any payments made prior to your session are non-refundable. Appointments can be canceled through your confirmation email 48 hours max before your session. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of your session will be charged 50% of your balance.

If a notice is not given prior to your session, your card will be charged the remaining balance and you will be banned from booking with Kulture Kam Photography.
